Seriously, I can't recommend this little game enough, it's well worth the 99 cents and will keep you sucked in for several hours.

You play as a disease (bacterial, virus, parasite, and more once you unlock them) who's job is to eradicate all of humanity. You have to evolve your disease with traits, and spread across the globe. Factors like economy of the country, weather, government action to prevent spread (closing borders, executing infected, etc) and more try to hinder your progress, so its a really interesting game. Balancing infectiousness and lethality are pretty hard, make it too infectious but not lethal enough and you have everyone infected working on a cure but you can't kill them in time to stop it, make it too lethal and you kill everyone you infect before it can spread to everyone!
