2012 NFL Rookies Talk Favorite Video Game Characters

These days you can play as athletes in all sorts of games from Tecmo Super Bowl to FIFA but what about the real life players? What characters top the list of favorites when they play games?

That question was asked to some 2012 NFL rookies and here are their replies.

Favorite game he’s featured in: Mario Kart

 

 

Doug Martin: Tampa Bay Buccaneer RB taken in the first round

Favorite character: Mario

Favorite game he’s featured in: Mario 64

Favorite character: Scorpion from Mortal Kombat

Favorite game he’s featured in: Any MK featuring Scorpion

Rueben Randle: New York Giants WR taken in the second round

Favorite character: Mario

Favorite game he’s featured in: Mario Kart

Michael Floyd: Arizona Cardinals WR drafted in the first round

Favorite character: Luigi

Favorite game he’s featured in: Mario Kart 64

  • 1. Everywhere you go one guy will always pick Luigi over Mario.
  • 2. Anyone with aspirations to play professional football should have a healthy dose of Mario games included in their training, preferably Mario Kart
